Reservations:

Inflatable Jump Rentals provide two methods to reserve equipment.  Reservations can be taken over the phone or online.  However, in order to guarantee your reservation a credit card confirmation is required. 

To ensure equipment availability, we recommend an early reservation.  All equipment is rented for up to 8 hours on a first come, first serve basis. 

Your zip code could be subject to a delivery fee. 

Multiple units set-up at a single location will be charged a setup/take down fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel for any reason please be advised you will be charged a cancellation fee. If Inflatable Jump Rentals cancels your event due to rain or high winds then you will NOT be charged. In fairness to ALL customers if you need to change your date we can accommodate you, however, the item(s) rented must the same value or greater and rescheduled within the same year to avoid a cancellation fee.

Preparation Prior to Our Arrival:

The area of set-up must be cleared of all debris such as acorns, excess grass, excess leaves, stones of any kind, sticks, sand, and pet waste. The only piece of equipment you will need is ONE 3-prong ext. cord not to exceed 100 feet from the house (12/14 gauge is preferred). We do rent dependable generators for your convenience if needed.

Payment Upon Delivery:

Once set-up is complete please give the driver your Agreement/Liability Waiver. Payment in the form of cash or check is preferred; however, if you would like to use your credit card given at time of reservation an additional credit card convenience fee will be added to your total bill. Your zip code could be subject to a delivery fee. Pricing does not include sales/rental tax. There is a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.

Gratuities:

Our drivers are dedicated to ensuring your equipment is delivered on time, clean and safe. If you are happy with his services, gratuities are welcomed and appreciated.

Attendant:

It is highly recommended for large events to hire one or more of our staff members to monitor your inflatable equipment(s). Our staff members check to make sure participants are bouncing with their age group, and require the removal of eye ware, jewelry, and candy. Staff members reduce the risk of injuries/damage to equipment by making sure the correct number of participants are in/on the inflatable(s).  Even though inflatables are a lot of fun and supply the participants with hours of enjoyment, if not properly monitored an injury can occur.  If you decide to designate your own volunteer, the volunteer must be 18 years of age or older.

Inclement Weather:

If the weather is unfavorable Inflatable Jump Rentals will cancel your event and you will be refunded your deposit. In the event the weather is in question, we will ask the customer what they would like to do (case by case basis). Please note, once deliver/set-up is complete and rain or high winds reduces or prevents the use of equipment there will be NO refunds/credits.
